Clubhouse Attendant
JOB DESCRIPTION: Clubhouse / Locker Room attendant is responsible for assisting the Clubhouse Manager / Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations of, including but not limited to, drink and bar operations, shoe room operations, shower upkeep, housekeeping within the facility, inventory levels, account management, and customer service.
REPORTS TO: Clubhouse Manager / Hospitality Director
JOB RESPONIBILITIES:
- Check to ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed
- Check inventory levels on supplies and materials throughout Clubhouse and alert supervisor when supplies are needed
- Bartending and Drink Service
- Coordinate box lunch delivery with Culinary and Wait Staff Department for Members, guests, and caddies
- Member and guest shoe care
- Clubhouse cleaning and organization including Member and staff areas such as showers, storage rooms, and break room
- Ensure proper demeanor for yourself when communicating with Members and guests resulting in superior service
- Coordinate account billing for Member and guest groups
- Cross-training with other departments for work in valet, golf cart and range operations, and outside service
- Perform all other duties as directed by supervisors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 21 Years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
- Must have a high attention to detail and be a good communicator and facilitator
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work in tight quarters and be exposed to heat, cold, wind with prolonged periods of standing or activity
