This role is crucial in managing our sales pipeline, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless business development operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive growth.
A successful candidate must have experience with 3PL warehousing, trucking and store delivery, retail, e-commerce, high-value goods, pallet in/out, carton in/out, and piece handling. Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital marketing is also highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM system (currently Monday.com) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Engage with prospects through automated platforms, track responses, and manage lead generation activities.
- Conduct initial calls with prospects, gather essential information, and distribute questionnaires for quote preparation.
- Prepare responses for pricing requests, proposals, and RFPs in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Handle follow-ups and correspondence with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of marketing collateral for presentations and proposals.
- Review and collaborate with the team on website updates, social media content, and digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Track key metrics related to sales performance and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations, is well-organized and up to date.
- Support leadership in identifying business development opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing and social media management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
