We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at Internet Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and supporting our employees.
This role requires 1 years of experience in Payroll / Human Resources/ Office Services/Administration, a great customer service mindset, attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task and work overtime.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining filing systems, setting up cubicles/workstations, attending meetings, communicating items, assisting in setting up meeting areas, working with HR and vendors to find cost savings, managing office supplies inventory and invoicing, and following established processes to assist with new hire onboarding.
You will also issue and administer access cards, keys, and assist with all aspects of Facilities Management including furniture setup, maintaining office tidiness, and communicating with property management.
