Overview
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting Senior Manager of Database Marketing in marketing database operations, quality control, data integrity, and list hygiene in connection with the company’s Engagement direct mail and email travel marketing program.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leveltwo Mailbox maintenance• Create all new Independent Contractors SalesForce record, adding/deactivating Independent Contractor accounts in Sales Force, updating accounts in SalesForce and user permission in Agent Profiler.• Enrolling TLN Independent Contractors and Nexion in Engagement, some main/branch offices in Engagement specifically tied to Uploaders and AgentMate. Communicating next steps in the enrollment process as well as answering any additional questions from those members.• Uploading new customer data or list replacements for agencies/agents participating in Engagement
- Engagement Agency/Independent Contractors 2nd Level Support• Responding to leveltwo member inquiries• Responding to Member Services inquiries (TLN support and Nexion support)• Bugzilla coverage for Engagement related questions and escalation.• Occasional Engagement training• AgentMate activities maintenance for email promotions (Promotion Management and Marketing Activity Setup)
- Engagement Internal Support
• Ad hock reporting
• BDM reporting upon request
• Yearly Network Engagement participation reporting
Qualifications
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
Requirements
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Access • Facility with data manipulation and statistical analysis • Knowledge of data hygiene techniques and experience with writing “merge/purge” business requirements preferred. • Some hands-on experience in database marketing, customer/prospect databases, and related systems and technologies. • Understanding of database marketing applications and direct marketing economics and principles.• Attention to detail and highly organized; strong project and time management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Flexible/adaptable attributes with solid people skills and diplomacy • Strong quantitative skills and analytical curiosity • Excellent oral and written communication
