- Conceptualize new ad ideas and formats to test across channels.
- Analyze past winning and non-winning ads to identify patterns and replicate success.
- Research competitors and explore novel ad formats from different industries to diversify and enhance creative strategies.
- Copywriting & Script Writing :
- Strong copywriting skills are non-negotiable; this role requires a creative strategist who can write compelling scripts and ad copies.
- Collaborate with content writers and leverage AI tools to scale creative production without compromising quality.
- Deliver scripts and copy that resonate with the target audience and convert them into customers.
- Production :
- Coordinate with stakeholders (designers, video editors, production teams) to ensure the smooth execution of shoots and other creative outputs.
- Provide creative direction during shoots to bring your vision to life.
- Editing & Finalization :
- Partner with video editors / graphic designers to produce polished and impactful final outputs.
- Review, refine, and iterate based on performance metrics.
- Experimentation & Innovation :
- Embrace an experimentation mindset : be ready to test any logical ad format that has potential.
- Stay ahead of trends by integrating AI tools and techniques into the creative process to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Trend Spotting :
- Stay updated on platform-specific trends, ad formats, and algorithm updates (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Incorporate emerging trends into creative strategies.
