Pawzz is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts and amplify our impact on animal welfare. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, expertise in content creation and management, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and ideate engaging and impactful content strategies tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta channels.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure high-quality content creation for all social media platforms.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly social media calendars.
- Motivate and manage a small team of 4 to execute strategies effectively.
- Stay updated on upcoming trends and ensure the content aligns with current market dynamics.
- Oversee the creation of platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp, ensuring diverse and engaging formats.
Reporting Structure :
The Social Media Strategist will report to the HR Manager and Managing Director. The role includes managing a team of 2 direct reports.
