Key responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy :
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Identify target audiences, brand tone, and content themes for various platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Content Planning and Execution :
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the content, creative, and cinematography teams to produce multimedia content tailored for each platform.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
- Campaign Management :
- Design and execute social media campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives, to achieve brand and business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Analytics and Reporting :
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) like engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms for performance evaluation.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team (executives, designers, and writers).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, if required, to meet campaign objectives.
- Community Management :
- Oversee engagement activities, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews on all platforms.
- Handle customer queries, escalate issues, and maintain a positive brand image online.
- Brand Advocacy :
