Senior Account Executive – Architecture & Design

Interplan is a national architecture and engineering firm with over 50 years of expertise in designing cutting-edge spaces for leading restaurant and retail brands. As our Orlando office expands, we're searching for a driven Senior Account Executive to connect with top clients and shape the future of our brand!

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with leadership to align outreach strategies with business goals.
• Research and qualify leads using industry insights and targeted campaigns.
• Initiate meaningful outreach through email, cold calling, social media, and event networking.
• Host discovery meetings with potential clients, identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions.
• Leverage HubSpot to track, manage, and optimize leads and sales stages.
• Partner with marketing to generate content ideas, maintain a strong social media presence, and enhance brand engagement.
• Support coordination and attendance at trade shows, client conferences, and events.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 4-6 years of business development experience, ideally in architecture or engineering
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings
