Role definition
Drive success in Chicagolands legal industry by promoting our language services, managing top accounts, and building lasting relationships. Through office visits, networking, and trust-building, youll expand our reach and make a real impact!
Responsibilities
- Foster and close new clients.
- Produce new client relationships.
- Develop sales and networking strategies to develop new business.
- Develop prospective clients through several strategies.
- Responsible for communicating with prospective clients for relationship development.
- Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
- Monitor clients satisfaction levels with delivery, quality and customer service.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationship with clients.
- Follows-up regularly with clients for continuous improvement, farming, upselling and cross-selling of services.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and requests.
