Interpro has been in the IT consulting business since 1993 and our employees work on a range of projects across the country. We have a long-term opportunity to lead two pods within a large, complex data center migration project.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of project management experience, including at least two successful large-scale data center migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two pods in a large-scale data center migration project, ensuring successful planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the Lead Scrum Master, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of migration milestones.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to the project teams, ensuring alignment with overall migration objectives.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes proactively.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across applications, infrastructure, databases, data, and security teams to ensure a holistic approach to migration.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles to optimize deployment and migration workflows.
- Maintain an organized and methodical approach to project execution, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
