POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for daily cash collections for various IPG Agencies. Position works closely with various individuals and departments to resolve client discrepancies. Monitor the accurate cash applications on various North America client receipts. Position requires a great deal of intricate research, follow-up and coordination of responses from various departments and external sources. Must maintain the highest level of customer service and deliver on set expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Contact clients regarding past due invoices daily via telephone or email
- Generate and distribute Accounts Receivable reports to Account Executives, Management and Clients
- Recognition and Analysis of collection issues
- Researching payments and applications
- Assist with audit requests.
- Client Account Reconciliations
- Inter-company inquires and research
- Primary back-up for Cash Application Associate
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and/or clients
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Above average Word and very strong Excel experience
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in accounting
- Should be familiar with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Above average written and oral communications skills
- Detail oriented
