What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable position at Nesco Resource?
We are seeking a full-time or part-time motivated candidate to join our growing team in a small casual but professional office environment. We need someone who has experience in accounts receivable, payables, COI's, office related tasks, strong Microsoft Excel skills, can handle a large volume, is very detail-oriented, with excellent communications skills.
Education / Experience / Requirements :
- Accounts receivable experience a must
- Construction invoicing / retainage required
- Familiar with AIA G702 / 703 forms
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Bank Reconciliation / Credit Card Reconciliation
