About The Role

As a Compliance Assurance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and delivering effective compliance assurance activities. From conducting thematic reviews to managing compliance risks and fostering a culture of integrity, you’ll help shape the organisation’s approach to compliance and conduct risk.

✨ Your Key Responsibilities

• Delivering and leading timely Compliance Assurance and Monitoring reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Managing actions and validations from assurance reviews to support ongoing improvements.
• Collaborating on compliance risk assessments and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Mentoring Compliance Officers to deliver high-quality work and supporting their professional growth.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring or audit within a regulated lending or banking environment.
• Expertise in interpreting FCA regulations, including MCOB, BCOBS, SYSC, PRIN, and COCON handbooks.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance.
