Job Title: Oracle Database Architect
Location: Hybrid in Albany, NY
Duration: 24 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design database objects and data collection systems, ensuring legislative requirements are translated into system functionality.
- Perform data modeling and relational database design.
- Develop and implement Oracle PL/SQL code, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare technical and user documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience as an Oracle Database Architect.
- Strong expertise in relational database concepts, including indexes, keys, and constraints.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle 11g or later and PL/SQL development.
- Proficiency with Oracle programming tools such as SQLPlus, SQLLoader, etc.
- Experience in database schema integration and optimization.
- Proficiency in advanced PL/SQL techniques such as dynamic SQL, BULK COLLECT, and SYS_REFCURSOR.
