Job Title: SAP Test Lead

Job Description:

The SAP Test Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all SAP testing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, testing methodologies, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the SAP testing strategy and plan.
• Lead the design and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with business analysts and developers to understand system requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and errors encountered during testing.
• Provide regular updates on test progress, anomalies, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient testing processes.
• Mentor and guide the testing team members and manage their performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in leading testing efforts for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple functional areas.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
