About This Position
The Manager, Procurement will be responsible for engaging with the supply chain and driving EPC and equipment supply contracts independently. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Procurement and work closely with the Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal teams. This position will be primarily focused on EPC contracts.
Overview of Department
The Procurement Team buys major equipment, construction and O&M contracts. We develop and maintain deep partnerships with suppliers and execution partners. Currently a team of seven, we're looking to add another Manager to our team to help us close EPC contracts for solar, BESS, wind, and data center construction.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage EPC and equipment supply requests for proposals
- Structure, negotiate and execute EPC and equipment supply contract transactions
- Engage and build / maintain relationships with key EPC contractors and vendors
- Manage contract amendments and post-contract actions
- Coordinate with different relevant departments to achieve the goals above
- This role will focus more on EPC than equipment
