Main Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartments, determining their housing needs and preferences.
- Prepare and assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including lease agreements, employment and credit checks.
- Collect security deposits, rent, and other charges associated with resident move-ins.
- Communicate community policies and procedures to residents and respond to inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and prospects who did not lease, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain apartment readiness by inspecting units and adding finishing touches as needed.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain accurate records.
