At InterSolutions, we're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our apartment communities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion
- Manage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turnover process so apartments are ready to lease to new prospects
- Keep the grounds free of debris and trash
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll also be responsible for resolving various types of repairs and installations, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues. This will involve working efficiently and safely to meet industry standards as required.
- Service electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Repair or replace plumbing systems, including toilets, sinks, and vanities
- Perform minor carpentry repairs and installations
- Remove bulk trash and clear drains and sewer lines
While prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician is preferred, we welcome applicants with a strong foundation in maintenance repair and service.
