Responsibilities include:
- Have a great attitude. A positive attitude and a team mentality is vital to our success
- Setup and run CNC Panel Saw, ensuring precise and accurate cutting
- Set speeds & feeds based on material type, thickness, & cut size
- General machine maintenance & upkeep
- Maintain quality control documents and update setup information
- Provide feedback to maximize programs for better run times and material yields
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Accurately read and interpret prints & general work instructions
- Check and measure parts to ensure quality & accuracy
- Work as a team with other employees to help the branch reach its goals
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- CNC experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read & interpret prints/drawings
- Read measuring tape & calipers
- Communicate positively & effectively with coworkers
- Mathematical skills: Add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Attention to detail
- Able to drive a forklift
