Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts through effective conflict management strategies.
- Utilize ADP for HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate career development.
- Lead program management initiatives to enhance overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster strong employee relations by promoting open communication and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Experience in performance management processes and tools.
