About your future job
You be assigned to our Runnemede, NJ location & will be responsible for managing all functions of our warehouse and will direct a team of up to 6 warehouse team members by coaching, leading, and mentoring everyone to maximize their potential. As the Warehouse Manager, will ensure all processes & procedures are followed, production goals are met, and you will proactively address any issues that may prevent your team from meeting the expected outcomes. You will ensure our safety programs & company policies are followed and you are expected to lead by example, hold everyone equally accountable and maintain a positive team culture that aligns with our business strategies and core values.
Some of the job responsibilities
- Lead, coach & mentor warehouse team to drive efficiencies and maximize their potential
- Hire & train team members & continuously monitor employee performance of entire team following company schedule
- Oversee & responsible for the daily workflow of the warehouse; organize staff to ensure proper workflow efficiency
- Accurately manage inventory by ordering inventory to maintain minimum inventory levels for each SKU
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and ensure data is current in electronic systems
- Ensure delivery trucks are loaded with accurate inventory to fulfil orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors
- Use analytical reasoning to quickly understand and identify issues and propose solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and order of all warehouse storage areas
- Lead weekly team meetings & proactively communicate company initiatives with team to keep everyone aligned
- Safety First: Lead by example, ensure all team members are trained on safety procedures and all safety policies, procedures & initiatives are followed daily
