Interstate Power Systems is looking for a Carrier Refrigeration Sales Representative at our Davenport, Iowa location. If you have experience either selling or servicing transport refrigeration units or in the transportation / trucking industry and are interested in growing your career with a great company, then apply here!
Assigned territories will include Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, and Davenport
Job Duties
- The primary duties of this position will be to actively promote Carrier Transicold refrigeration equipment sales, labor sales and parts sales on truck and trailer refrigeration units and auxiliary power units (APU’s) in the assigned territory
- Secure product orders from new and existing customers in the transportation / trucking industry.
- Actively identify and develop new customer contacts to expand market share
- Assist customers in solving problems and provide technical support on the refrigeration sector of our business.
- Establish and maintain relationships with fleets, independent trucking companies, private fleets, and owner-operators.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and company as needed to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met.
