Interstate is in search of Systems Office Installers (Logistics) to join our commercial relocation team. The Installer will be responsible for the assembly/disassembly of household furniture, modular and systems office furniture, and wall mounting of model home and office artwork and electronics. Installers should have the ability to read and interpret floor plans, sketches, and/or diagrams to install/assemble various products (such as modular furniture, art work, office furniture, or home/office products) with minimal to no supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Interested candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant installation experience, preferably working with commercial customers. Prior installation experience and familiarity of systems/modular furniture includes wall hanging/mounting of artwork and electronics on various types of wall construction and surfaces.
- Must be able to establish and maintain strong customer-focused working relationships.
- Must be able to assist with loading/unloading furniture onto and out of trucks, warehouses, and job sites in addition to installation responsibilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to qualify to drive a company passenger van.
