Here’s what you’ll do:
Responsible for Interstate’s initial guest experience - greeting guests and answering incoming calls.
Support the delivery of our industry-leading customer experience by retrieving and replying to customer voicemail and email messages, answering customer questions, and helping to resolve a wide variety of customer matters.
Provide administrative support to Interstate’s McAllen parking operations team including filing and data entry.
General organization of our office including light cleaning and ordering office supplies.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch
