What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
- Valid, Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Independent, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible
- Ability to multi-task and work in all weather conditions
- Comfortable using web-based applications, mobile apps, and smartphones
- At least 1 year of customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests with a friendly, positive attitude – always aiming to "Smile, Help, Engage"
- Resolve guest issues quickly, professionally, and efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned parking areas
- Contribute to a team environment that consistently delivers a high-quality experience for guests
- Starting pay: $24/hr with an auto allowance
