The Parking Lot Attendant will be responsible for exceeding every guest expectation through exceptional guest service while ensuring a safe, friendly and easy parking experience for internal and external guests. Additional job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Direct all vehicle ingress and egress in ski area parking lots for internal and external guests.
- Detailed explanation of all parking products to guests.
- Detailed explanation of all general Breckenridge products and amenities including, but not limited to knowledge of bus service, ticketing prices and options, ski and ride school options, amongst many other guest services options.
- Maintain and model a clean and professional appearance, is well groomed and in full uniform daily.
- Adhere, model and enforce all parking policies, procedures and safety regulations.
- Daily lot cleanliness including, but not limited to trash and recycling pick up.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- High School/GED
- Previous guest service experience
- Language – English
- Good verbal communication skill
