Here’s what you’ll do:
- Assist in the management and oversight of Interstate’s parking operations within the County of New Braunfels at multiple locations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patrons with parking information, policies, and payment options.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of parking ambassadors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Educate customers on parking rules, permits, and citations as needed.
- Serve as a visible presence to promote compliance and deter violations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management regarding parking policies and concerns.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with posted regulations and assist in resolving any issues.
- Issue citations or warnings for non-compliance in accordance with company and municipal regulations.
- Assist with operational duties such as cleanliness, signage checks, troubleshooting equipment, and general lot maintenance.
- Support event parking operations by directing vehicles and ensuring efficient traffic flow.
- Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or suspicious activity to management.

- Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-orientated.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
- Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per insurance carrier requirements
- Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proficient with Office, web-based applications, and mobile apps.
