What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse / Front Counter Sales - Washington position at Interstate Pipe and Supply?
We are a family-owned company, looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an active environment and will be capable of lifting 50 pounds, working in all weather, and being on their feet most of the day.
- Learn our Inventory/Products.
- Lift, carry, and move merchandise.
- Receive merchandise shipments in a timely manner
- Stock Shelves
- Operate forklift and dolly equipment.
- Operate appropriate equipment for the job.
- Communicate clearly with management, staff, and customers.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Learn our Product codes and Sales Software (basic computer skills needed).
- Take and Fill customer orders in-person and over the phone.
Other tasks as assigned
8:00 – 4:30 - Monday – Friday
8:00 – 12:00 - Saturday (These 4 hours count as overtime each week, pay is time and a half)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
