Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and hands-on experience in various trades. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
Get paid right when deals are made (papers signed deposit in hand)
$2500 sign on (amount varys based on expirence) distributed after your 10th deal is signed and made.
Duties
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to maintain project alignment and address any issues that arise.
- Utilize skills in roofing, and restoration as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper use of hand tools and equipment by team members to maintain safety and efficiency on-site.
- Able to climb onto a roof to inspect for any damages, imperfections or add ons a client might want in the development process.
- Comfortable talking on the phone with clients, adjusters and fincial advisors.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction/ roofing industry or related field.
- Hands-on experience with various trades such as drywall installation, concrete forming, frame carpentry, plumbing, masonry work, roofing, and restoration is highly desirable.
- Proven retail or customer service background for part of the job is understand the customers wants and needs.
- Strong knowledge of construction/ roofing processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress and managing schedules.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Has no issues with hieghts as part of the job is climbing on a roof.
