What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler/Manufacturing Production Workers: Monday to Friday 6AM-2:30PM position at Interstate Window & Door?
At Interstate Window & Door, we're seeking mechanically inclined individuals, with assembly/manufacturing production experience using hand and power tools, to assemble top-tier products that exceed industry standards.

The production schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM. Overtime may be required in accordance with production schedule.
Our pay rate starts at $15.50/hour for straight time and $23.25/hour for any available overtime. Overtime is any time worked over 40 hours. Enjoy a competitive benefits package starting 1st of the month after hire.
We are looking for Associates with a great work ethic, who enjoy being a part of a team, taking pride in what they do, and possess the following skillset:
- At least one year of prior assembly, manufacturing, and production experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools such as cordless drills
- Ability to read a tape measure a plus
- Must be eager to learn and open to cross training as needed
- Works well with a team as well as independently
- An eye for quality and the desire to make award winning & energy efficient products
- Have a dependable form of transportation as dependability is crucial
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
