In this role, you’ll assist with benefits paperwork, open enrollment, and audits, while delivering top-notch service to employees via phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities
- Monitors the Benefits inbox and responds to routine employee questions and phone calls.
- Sends out notification letters, assists with new hire orientation, and assists new hires with enrollment.
- Collects and processes benefit paperwork.
- Reviews and audits enrollment, change in enrollment, and makes corrections as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Conducts monthly and quarterly audits, balances enrollment and premiums with Payroll and carriers.
- Reviews provider files for accuracy.
- Processes insurance billing.
- Assists with planning and executing open enrollment.
- Adheres to all aspects of HIPPA privacy rules and ensure full compliance.
- Works within the Microsoft Office Suite to produce complex documents, manipulate spreadsheets, produce professional presentations, work within databases, email, and schedule various meetings and equipment. Learns various systems based on specific supporting roles.
- Handles office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
- Makes travel and appointment arrangements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using advanced functions of Excel required. Experience with HRIS systems or benefit enrollment systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to form relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations.
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work.
Pay range: $18-22 an hour

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: There is limited travel expected with this position, up to 10%.
