Interstates is growing, and we are currently seeking a full-time Production Technician Lead to join our team on the Topeka, KS site.
The Production Technician Lead will be responsible for the quality and timely completion of prefabricated electrical/metal assemblies, skid packages, modular assemblies, control panels, motor control panels, or other similar assemblies.

Responsibilities:- Reads blueprints.
- Coordinate with Production Leads and Design Services to maintain Per Construction Record Drawings through fabrication process.
- Wire lights, devices, switches, panels, and transformers according to prints.
- Assemble prefabricated electrical construction materials.
- Bend and thread conduit.
- Wire devices according to prints.
- Coordinate electrical gear lay outs with Production Leader.
- Participate in electrical testing activities as required.
- Maintain neat and orderly workplace.
- Inform Production Leaders of progress and completion of projects.
- Supports leadership team by assisting in other areas as requested.
- Must be willing to learn commercial and industrial electrical standards and practices.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: An associate degree or experience in a related field, such as industrial technology, manufacturing, or electrical is required.
