What You’ll Be Doing
- Following team standards to develop, debug, and document applications, workflows, and interfaces from end-to-end by having basic programming skills within at least one Low Code Application Platform.
- Maintains existing applications, workflows, and interfaces including bug fixes and enhancements while collaborating with end users and/or SMEs to define bugs and enhancements.
- Base understanding of data structures, relational data, and interfacing with APIs.
- Provides technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem solving of development issues and enhancements.
- Participates in Agile process as well as project planning and quality assurance tasks.
- Completes Low Code Application Platform base level training requirements including all non-technical training and continuous education activities.

Assists in HIPAA compliance including:
- Ensuring compliance with privacy practices
- Participating in HIPAA training on PHI
- Maintaining and updating PHI requirements as requested
This position may have access to Protected Health Information. In accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rule, the person filling this position has been trained on the Interstates HIPAA Privacy Policy and agrees to abide by the stipulations forth in that policy.

Travel Requirements: The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements. Minimal travel of 5% may be expected.
