Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Present products and services to new and existing customers in a clear, engaging manner
- Leverage company leads and systems to explore new enrollment opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to effectively close sales in assigned territories
- Set and achieve sales and gross margin goals for your territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on account growth and client goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and reports
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and increase revenue
- Participate in training sessions focused on team-building, mentorship, and the latest sales strategies
- Provide feedback to sales management on customer needs and product enhancements
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, customer support, sales, or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong presentation and persuasive skills with a drive to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
