Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Someone who can catch on quickly and is very personable. This individual must have knowledge with different healthcare plans or claims. We need someone with the passion to want to help and determined to learn.
Customer Support Representative Role :
- Deliver outstanding service,
- manage multiple tasks,
- solve problems.
- Handle varied inquiries,
- process orders, maintain data.
- Excellent communicator,
- tech-proficient, precise.
- Flourish in dynamic team setting.
- Patient and understanding with clients.
Qualifications :
Shift / Hours : Mon-Fri, 8AM - 5PM
Pay Rate : $15 - $16 / hr.
Location : Fort Myers, FL
Experience : 6 Months Customer Service Experience
