Responsibilities:
- Support the development, transition, and integration of new products and new process platforms from R&D into the production manufacturing process with a focus on electronics.
- Operate pilot laboratories, assist in designing and fabricating tape application test equipment, and specify and maintain various R&D laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Innovative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative leader with experience in project teams.
- Experience with PLC and HMI programming is preferred.
- Two or more years in paper-making, coating, or converting industries is preferred.
- Proven project management leader is preferred.
