Responsibilities
- Electrical Design & Development:
- Design and layout electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for industrial systems.
- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for control panels, cabinets, and electrical assemblies.
- Develop electrical designs that meet customer specifications, regulatory standards (e.g., NEC), and safety requirements.
- Project Collaboration & Engineering Support:
- Work closely with mechanical, controls, and induction tooling engineers to ensure system integration.
- Support manufacturing and assembly teams by providing clear instructions and troubleshooting assistance.
- Provide technical support to sales, service, and aftermarket teams regarding electrical components and designs.
- Component Selection & Performance Analysis:
- Research and select appropriate electrical components, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data and test reports to refine and optimize designs.
- Ensure that all electrical components comply with safety and efficiency standards.
- Process Improvement & Cost Reduction:
- Identify opportunities to improve design quality while reducing production costs.
- Research new technologies, materials, and electrical products to enhance system functionality.
- Develop strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
