CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST - Hybrid role out of Boxborough, MS

What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the iEnable product life-cycle management system, administration of customer surveys, and supporting the Global Marketing Team with various activities.

This is a hybrid position split between work from home and the office in Boxborough. Applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
What you'll do :
- Process iEnable user access request for internal and external users
- Provide Level 1 system support to iEnable end users
- Report iEnable system issues to Level 2 support
- Submit iEnable change requests to iEnable Product Owner
- Communicate iEnable functionality / enhancement releases to users
- Generate iEnable reports
- iEnable data entry tasks and corrections
- Prepare and monitor monthly NPS surveys
- Answer incoming calls and monitor voice mailbox for Business Assurance 1-800 line
- Maintain the Business Assurance email box for Global Marketing Team
- Support Global Marketing Team with lead generation management and other tasks as assigned
