Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events (weddings, retreats, conferences, and seasonal programs).
- Manage on-site food services, including menu design, vendor partnerships, and compliance with health/safety standards.
- Collaborate with spa, hospitality, and grounds teams to ensure cohesive guest experiences.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and staffing needs.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and creativity.
- Develop promotional strategies to enhance event bookings and culinary offerings.
- 3 years of experience in food service management and event planning (hospitality, resorts, or hotels preferred).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in event software (e.g., Cvent, Social Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
- Experience in wellness tourism or spa/resort environments.
- Track record of innovative event programming.
- Salary Range: 15–35/hour (part-time), based on experience.
