Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience from appointment scheduling to check-out. You will work closely with medical staff and patients to facilitate effective communication and support the overall operations of our office.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage medical scheduling, ensuring accurate appointment bookings and confirmations.
- Handle patient inquiries, providing information about services, procedures, and office policies.
- Process patient information accurately using computerized systems and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries as needed.
- Support the medical team by preparing necessary documentation for patient visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
