Job Summary
This Patient Services Representative/Front Desk plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and exceptional customer service within an outpatient Surgical Oncology office.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Input and Verify Insurance
- Check in/out for scheduled app.
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Collect Copayments and handle daily batches
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical administrative support
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred expereince with PM Office/Cerner Powerchart , Intergy, Experian and Revcycle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
