key responsibilities:
- design and implement salesforce solutions for crm and opportunity management that align with business objectives.
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including integration points and data flow diagrams.
- provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in salesforce development and deployment.
- optimize existing salesforce configurations and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- stay updated on salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to leverage the platform's capabilities.
- mentor and train team members on salesforce best practices and architecture principles.
qualifications:
- proven experience as a salesforce architect or similar role, with a strong background in crm and opportunity management.
- in-depth knowledge of salesforce products, including sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud.
- strong understanding of salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- experience with apex, visualforce, lightning components, and integration tools.
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- - salesforce certifications (e.g., salesforce architect, salesforce developer) are highly desirable
