Key Responsibilities:

Firewall rule changes (Cisco FTD/FMC)

Site-to-site VPN configuration & troubleshooting

Network support for Azure environments

Office connectivity support (Cisco Meraki: MX, MS, MR)

Troubleshooting network and ISP-related issues

🔹 Preferred Skills:

✔ Strong experience with Cisco ASA, FTD, routers, and cloud networking

✔ Vendor/MSP/ISP coordination experience

✔ Proficiency in Wireshark for packet analysis

✔ Strong documentation & multitasking skills

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team
