Job Title: Workday Benefits Consultant
Location: FL-Florida/Altamonte Springs(Hybrid)

Job Description:
The person we are looking for will need to have extensive Workday Benefits knowledge. We have an SI partner, and the system has largely been designed and built, but we would need to add someone to our team that can provide SME knowledge in Workday Benefits processing. They should be able to hit the ground running with all phases of testing, data conversion validations, training, and full scale benefit events processing. They will be able to assist our team in all aspects of system preparedness with regards to Workday Benefits (our go-live date is 12/14/2025).
- Senior/Lead level consultant with deep Workday Benefits experience.
- Ability to lead with designing solutions for functional gaps between business requirements and Workday system application limitations.
- Ability to provide expertise in Workday Benefits configuration (eligibility and event rules, benefit groups and plans, rates, etc.)
- Must have experience with Workday Open Enrollment processing; End of year processing (post OE and prior to 1/1) with vendor file reporting and 4th quarter changes (out of sequence events).
- Strong understanding and experience developing or modifying Workday Benefits business processes
- Ability to perform Workday Benefits testing, such as unit testing, end to end integration testing and parallel testing.
- Ability to assist with testing and supporting HCM integrations to carriers and third party vendors.
- Ability to assist with Data Conversion mapping/testing from Legacy system (PeopleSoft) to Workday.
- Ability to assist with EIB loads, and Report Writer.
- Ability to effectively lead Benefits discussions and collaborate with Cross-Functional teams
- Ability to create PPT presentations for training purposes or Leadership presentations if needed.
- Ability to provide demos and small group training sessions.
- Ability to perform advanced Workday Benefits troubleshooting and Tier 3-level production support post go-live.
- The ideal person will have been through multiple full lifecycle Workday Benefit implementations. Additionally, has solid understanding of multiple areas within the Workday application, such as: Core HCM, Absence, Comp, Payroll, etc.
- Workday Benefits experience should be recent.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player.
