Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Job Title: RN Long Term Care/ Nursing Home
Location: 560 E 3rd St, Erie, PA 16507
Duration: 6 months contract position - Ongoing
Shift Time: 2nd shift - Every other weekend and rotating holidays (3x12 hour shift also available 3 pm-3 am)
Duties
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide IV infusion therapy and manage cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- 2 years of Registered Nurse Experience
- Long Term Care Experience
- BLS Copy
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
