At InTouch Group, we are the national accounts contractor for Directv, installing and servicing all VIP commercial customers nationwide. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and help lead our next phase of growth.

Job Overview :

As the COO, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for implementing business strategies, improving performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall vision, goals, and growth objectives. Drive efficiency and scalability across all business functions.
  • Leadership & Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire all the teams across departments.
  • Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Financial Oversight : Ensure that budgets, forecasts, and operational goals are met, while driving cost-effective solutions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless execution of strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular reporting to measure and track the company’s operational success.
  • Scalability & Growth : Develop and implement systems and processes to scale operations as the company expands.
  • Crisis Management : Be proactive in identifying operational risks, developing contingency plans, and leading efforts to address any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results.
  • Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of financial and performance metrics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable working with modern business tools, software, and operational systems.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing business needs.
