What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage daily operations of engineers, designers, and technicians across multiple product lines.
- Oversee all phases of design, development, and sustaining engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Serving as a mentor and facilitator fosters cross-training, knowledge-sharing, and a collaborative team environment.
- Drive process improvements across engineering, test, manufacturing, and quality functions
- Manage internal and external specifications, customer documentation, and engineering change processes.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, operations, and customers
- Provide leadership in resource planning, budgeting, and workload prioritization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5–7 years of experience in product design and development
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
