Seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to lead project control activities, including scheduling, cost management, and change control, for medium to large projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct project controls programs or specific functions (e.g., cost, scheduling, change management)
- Develop work breakdown structures and project coding systems
- Analyze cost and schedule variances, propose mitigation plans, and communicate findings to project management
- Manage critical path activities and review schedule risks and slippages
- Contribute to proposals for cost and scheduling components
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12 years of experience (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP
- Strong technical and communication skills
- US citizenship required
- Experience as Lead Cost or Planner on large projects or Control Team Lead/Manager on medium projects
- Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes
- Availability for occasional international travel
