Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is essential in ensuring excellent service to clients, visitors, and staff by managing reception operations and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional.
- Handle scheduling and appointments using the company’s systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain security protocols, including visitor logs and access badges.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries about the organization’s services.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including room bookings and setup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office management is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
