Summary
The Program Manager in Healthcare will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing healthcare programs aimed at improving patient care, operational efficiency, and growth. This position will require a balance of strategic oversight, program development, performance tracking, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive program success, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to inform decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and business development teams to achieve growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, execution, and evaluation of healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, sales, IT, etc.) to ensure program success.
- Develop and implement program strategies to meet both short- and long-term objectives.
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
- Define and track KPIs related to program effectiveness, patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Develop regular reports for senior leadership to provide insights into program performance and facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Analyze and interpret KPI data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Build relationship with IntraCare clinic providers and staff to increase program success.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within healthcare program.
- Provide program-specific insights to support sales strategies and the expansion of program offerings.
- Develop and refine program messaging and positioning to drive market penetration and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including healthcare providers, business leaders, and external partners.
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery and impact of healthcare programs.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to drive program quality and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in program management within healthcare or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient care delivery models, and industry regulations
- Experience with chronic disease management or end-of-life care
- Proven experience in KPI development, tracking, and reporting
- Strong business acumen, with experience in sales support and driving program growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with healthcare software systems (e.g., EHR, CRM, etc.)
- Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare payment structure
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects
